Orange Head Roaches Size 3/4” to 1” Aprox 100 / 80 Grams
Eublaberus posticus or the Orange Head roach makes for an excellent feeder as well as a great pet. A very hearty roach, E. posticus does well on either egg crates or a substrate and will readily accept a wide range of foods. Nymphs and adults get considerably larger than the more popular feeder roach, Blaptica dubia. The nymphs are a deep red maroon color. They grow to an adult length of about two inches and live for about a year. The deep maroon color of the nymphs make them very attractive to reptiles and other insect eating pets. Both adult males and females of this species have wings and brilliant orange pronotum markings. Plus they are live bearers.

In a world obsessed with dubia, it's nice to find another species! These grow BIG compared to dubia but are not so formidable that you'd hesitate to give them to a bearded dragon, which is perfect for me. This is my second order and I'm sure I will order again. Thank you :)

I won a one hundred lot of these a few months ago, and they lasted forever! The roaches live almost indefinitely, and they will eat almost anything. I recently reordered another 500 because my Ackies monitors love them! I've noticed a significant change in their behavior since feeding these guys exclusively and I think I will continue to do so since I can feed the roaches pinkies or even small rats.

The quality of their Orange Heads is outstanding. They are robust, nice sizes and clean.

The roaches got lost in the mail for 4 days. It had nothing to do with ABDragons, it was USPS's ineptness. So about 20 were dead, but the remainder were fine thanks to nice packaging.
I will order more items from ABDragons.

I couldn't be more happy. This is my second time ordering from abdragons and must say they do a very good job on evenly mixing the two sizes with a good over count, no doa and the fact that both times that i've ordered from them that the roaches settled in instantly and fed right away says a lot about the quality of feeders they sell, I look forward to our future business and so do my reptiles...........
