I have used this chow and Cheerios when feeding my roaches, and both get eaten pretty quickly. I really like the dry food to feed rather than food that can become moldy. Really helps!

The best food for gut loading your bugs to give to your reptiles. Takes the hard work out of guessing if they are gut loaded or not gut loaded. I ordered 3 lbs. I'm glad that I did.

First time using chow from ABDragons. Gotta say, it's some really good stuff as far as i can tell. My roaches and crickets swarm it like a fat kid in a candy shop. They love it! I got the 5 pound bag and the price is perfect on it for the quality of chow that you get. It arrived very quickly and was packaged freshly in a sealed bag. I did email ABDragons about the ingredients because I am very picky about what goes into my insects and ultimately into my reptiles, and they were able to get back to me with the ingredient list. A few ingredients include Ground Corn, Dehulled Soybean Meal, Ground Wheat, Wheat Middlings, Heat-Processed Soybeans, Maize Distillers Dried Grains, Calcium Monophosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal, Salt.... It's all very good stuff. No fish flakes, bird pellets, dog food or cat food. It works great alongside the fresh fruits and veggies that I also provide my insects on a daily basis. I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more when my roaches devour this 5 pounds. THANKS SO MUCH ABDragons!!

i never feed roach chow just as a primary but as a filler with everything else it works. they love it!
