Delivery Information

We ship Monday through Thursday USPS and FedEx.

We offer hold for pick up at your local post office when shipped USPS. When your temperatures are below 40 or above 85.

During Cold Temperatures we will offer Heat pack as an option on product pages. This will insure that your feeders will arrive in good health in cold temperatures. 

Important information about shipping 

  • Unfortunately, due to state laws, we cannot ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Unfortunately, due to state laws, we cannot ship Dubia Roaches to Florida.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship International orders.

We offer an option to pick your order up from our local warehouse. We are available Monday through Thursday from 9:30am to 4:00pm est. Please write the time and date in the order comments when placing your order.


Shipping is 2 to 5 days depending on your location. We offer hold for pick up at your local post office. 

FedEx 2 Day Express

Order most be in by 12:00pm est to ship say day.

Most be a physical address no PO Box. 

FedEx Ground shipping

Shipping is 1 to 5 days depending on your location. Please look at map on the bottom of this page for deliver time. Most be a physical address no PO Box.

FedEx Secure Pick up Option

Return Policy for Products Involving Live Animals

At ABDragons we understand the importance of ensuring the well-being and safety of live animals. We take great care in selecting, handling, and shipping our live animals to provide you with healthy and thriving pets. However, we recognize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require a return or exchange. Please review the following policy for returning live animals:


  1. Return Eligibility:


    • To be eligible for a return, the live animal must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
    • The live animal must be in its original, unaltered condition.
    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid order number or receipt.
    • The live animal must be returned in its original packaging, including any containers, cages, or accessories provided with the purchase.


  1. Reasons for Returns:


    • You may request a return or exchange for the following reasons:


      • The live animal arrives in a condition that is visibly unhealthy, injured, or dead.
      • The live animal is not the species or sex as described in your order.
      • The live animal exhibits signs of illness within 14 days of the purchase.


  1. Exclusions:


    • We do not accept returns or exchanges if the live animal has been:


      • Mistreated, neglected, or subjected to improper care.
      • Exposed to conditions outside of the recommended habitat.
      • Physically injured or harmed after delivery.


  1. Return Process:


    • If you believe that your live animal is eligible for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at within 14 days of receiving the animal.
    • Our team will provide instructions for the safe and humane return of the live animal.
    • You may be responsible for the cost of returning the animal, depending on the reason for return.
    • Once the animal is received and evaluated, we will process your return or exchange accordingly.


  1. Refunds and Replacements:


    • If your return is approved, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the specific circumstances of your case.
    • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned live animal.
    • Replacement animals will be shipped in accordance with our standard shipping policies.
