Large size Phoenix Worms are about 3/4" (18mm) long.

This size can be fed to juvie bearded dragons that are 7" long as well as adults. This is also the preferred size for many other insectivores--small monitors, veiled chameleons, Chinese water dragons, large geckos, and other animals.

Shipping Information

We ship Monday through Thursday USPS and FedEx.

We offer hold for pick up at your local post office when shipped USPS. When your temperatures are below 40 or above 85.

During Cold Temperatures we will offer Heat pack as an option on product pages. This will insure that your feeders will arrive in good health in cold temperatures.

Bearded dragon reports that the larges taste very good and she’d recommend pairing them with a variety of greens ,blueberries and squash .

I serve this dish with a complementary red sauce of chopped red bell peppers and mixed greens to garnish. These works are excellent al dente and my dragon slurps them up with the gusto of an Italian chef.

Well, the phoenix worms came really quick and my dragon liked them at first. I swear I have the world's pickiest bearded dragon. The worms were smaller than expected, but he ate quite a few of them. Tried to give him more yesterday and he wasn't interested. So, on to trying something else. He's lucky I love him, lol! So glad I found AB Dragons though! Great selection, Great prices and wonderful customer service.
